The adorable pup was bought by Davy Vanhaesendonck as a present for his grandfather to help with his grieving process after losing both the love of his life and his previous dog within three months.
When Davy hands him the new pet, he bursts into tears and starts stroking his new best friend the family named Snoopy.
In the clip, Davy said: "As most of you already know we have lost someone very special last week - especially our grandfather.
"And because he is certainly not alone and surrounded by the best friends and family - we have planned a surprise for him on this sunny day... a puppy, a little friend!"….See the vedio
